A member of the Groupe de droit collaboratif du Québec since 2024, Me Jurju Bala believes in the benefits of private dispute resolution methods when they allow her clients to achieve their objectives, offering a confidential environment that favours privacy and the search for solutions tailored to each family’s needs. She nonetheless remains a seasoned litigator when the protection of her clients’ rights requires the intervention of the courts.
Before joining our team in July 2026, she honed her expertise alongside well-known practitioners, notably at the firm of the late Me Alain Mongeau in real estate law, and subsequently with Me Violaine Belzile in family law.
Recognized for her rigour, judgment and strategic sense, she favours a pragmatic approach focused on achieving the results her clients are seeking.
