Me Boudreault works with growing companies, institutions, foreign corporations operating in Québec, and entrepreneurs navigating complex tax challenges. Her mission is to defend their rights, mitigate their exposure, and turn critical situations into strategic outcomes, notably through audits and investigations, assessment disputes with Revenu Québec and the CRA, tax collections matters, and negotiated settlements.
Over the course of her career, Me Boudreault has pleaded before administrative and civil courts, the Tax Court of Canada, the Québec Court of Appeal, the Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal.
