Ms. Juline Arousi practices primarily in tax litigation, bankruptcy and commercial litigation.
As part of her practice, Juline assists her clients through the various steps of the litigation process against the Revenu Québec and Revenu Canada agencies, at the audit, opposition, appeal or perception level.
Juline has also acquired notable experience in shareholder disputes, debt recovery, bankruptcy and construction matters and represents a variety of small and medium sized businesses. Client care is very important to Juline and, as such, she makes sure that her clients are updated regarding the status of their file every step of the way.
Over the course of her career, Juline regularly makes representations in front of the Court of Quebec, Superior Court, Court of Appeal and the Federal Court of Appeal.
